Returns and Refunds

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Orders within the US normally arrive within 1-5 business days of postage. Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS /UPS/DHL ,unless specified otherwise.

All orders include tracked shipping. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email address you provided.

Returns

We are happy to accept your return. Send us an email at info@lefroufroucouture.com within 5 business days of receipt of delivery to let us know that you would like to initiate a return. Please include your order number in the email. The items have to be sent in their original conditions within 14 days and not before communicating it to Le Frou Frou Couture.

Le Frou Frou Couture will refund the total amount except for shipment costs.

Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other applicable accessories, such as dust bags or straps, that were received with the order. Please ensure that the item is well packaged and protected. Items that are not returned in the same condition as purchased , Le Frou Frou Couture can not refund you. In that case ,you can decide to take back the returned items at your own expenses.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lefroufroucouture.com
